At Live Life Brand, we partner with Printful to provide high-quality, print-on-demand products. Below you will find the details regarding our shipping and delivery process.


**Order Processing and Fulfillment**


  1. **Order Processing Time:** Once you place an order, it will be processed and sent to Printful for fulfillment. Processing typically takes 2-7 business days for apparel products and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products.

   

  1. **Fulfillment Time:** Printful will fulfill your order within the processing time specified above. Fulfillment times may vary based on product type and order volume.

**Shipping Methods and Delivery Times**


  1. **Shipping Methods:** We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. The shipping method selected during checkout will determine the delivery time and cost.

  1. **Estimated Delivery Times:** The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen:

   - **Standard Shipping:** 3-4 business days in the USA, 6-12 business days in Canada, 5-20 business days internationally.

   - **Express Shipping:** 1-3 business days in the USA, 1-5 business days internationally.

   

Please note these are estimated delivery times and do not include the fulfillment time.


**Shipping Rates**


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, destination, and the weight and dimensions of the items ordered.


**Customs, Duties, and Taxes**


International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.


**Order Tracking**


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.


**Shipping Restrictions**


We ship to most countries worldwide; however, there may be some restrictions due to location-specific regulations or Printful's shipping limitations. If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.


**Lost or Damaged Packages**


If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at livelikechrislay@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with Printful to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as needed.


**Changes and Cancellations**


Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order will have been sent to Printful for fulfillment, and changes or cancellations may not be possible.
